Erin Forsyth is a fractional CMO with more than two decades of experience leading marketing organizations across complex, high-growth environments. She has held senior roles at global technology, travel, and real estate brands, overseeing consumer and product marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, and customer engagement. She is known for building strong teams, bringing clarity to complicated problems, and connecting marketing strategy to business outcomes.
Outside of work, Erin serves on the Cedar Park Economic Development Council and the National Charity League philanthropy board. She and her husband have three kids — two sons at Texas A&M and a daughter in high school — plus two dogs who run the house. In her free time you'll find her at an Aggie game or on the sidelines of a high school match, planning the next family trip, or catching up with friends.
I started my career at PwC, where I learned to look at a business problem from the outside before deciding how to fix it. From there I spent seven years at Dell leading global marketing teams, real P&L accountability, large organizations, and the kind of cross-functional complexity that teaches you how marketing, sales, product, and finance actually interact. Five years at Vrbo and Expedia followed, where I built the voice-of-customer function from scratch and focused deeply on retention and customer lifecycle.
Since then I've worked with a range of companies, from Redfin to a high-growth consumer delivery business to The Knot Worldwide, in fractional and advisory roles. Different industries, different stages, same question every time: what's actually getting in the way of growth, and how do we fix it?
